social impact strategist
Natasha
Madorsky

Natasha Madorsky is a strategy consultant in social impact and global development. I advise philanthropic foundations, governments, multilaterals, and corporate and non-profit organizations to assess their impact, refresh their strategic ambitions, and launch new initiatives and partnerships. In addition to experience across leading consulting firms, my training in social and cultural psychology and community organizing informs how I approach each project.
My ‘superpowers’ include deep listening to quickly understand context and build trust; sharp, structured problem-solving to identify creative solutions; and communicating with sensitivity, polish, and impact.
I believe that strategies and programs succeed only if they truly reflect the ideas, aspirations, constraints, and incentives of the communities on which they focus. My mission is to enable leaders and organizations to work more efficiently toward deeper social impact – contributing to a future where all people have the freedom to thrive.
