I serve first and foremost as a thought partner. While my projects require me to be a researcher, a problem-solver, a facilitator, and more…my most important role is as a thought partner to my clients – drawing out the best of our collective expertise to move the work forward.
I examine issues from multiple angles. I strive to consistently test out different approaches and elevate crucial perspectives that may or may not be in the room - helping us to unstick a problem and remind us what (or whom) we’re solving for.
I ensure my work is polished and purposeful. Whether its an important email or a final deliverable, I bring an ‘audience lens’ to all of my work - recognizing that how a message is delivered is often just as important as what’s being said.
